Returns We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at sightseenerstravel@gmail.com with your order number. There might be return shipping costs based on case.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at sightseenerstravel@gmail.com.
